Reception Hours

• Outpatient reception hours: 8:00 am～4:00 pm
• Days closed: Sat, Sun, Holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays (Dec. 29th～Jan.3rd)

※ If you wish to receive medical treatment in the morning, please note that reception closes at 11:00 AM.

Letter of Referral

As a general rule at this hospital, appointments are required for outpatient care. Please visit a nearby hospital or clinic first, and bring a letter of referral to this hospital.

Outpatients without Appointments

Those without letters of appointments or who have them but have not made appointment will still be accepted at general reception according to the availability of the desired clinical department on that day. Please be aware that you may have to wait to receive medical treatment.

There are also some specialized outpatient departments that operate by appointment only.

Selected Medical Expenses

Those who don’t have letters of referrals from local medical institutions will be charged ‘selected medical expenses’ apart from the normal initial consultation fee.

In case of emergencies, refer to our critical care center.
